‘Muran’ director Rajan Madhav has denied media reports saying his Cheran-Prasanna starrer is going to be one of the shortest films of Tamil cinema. Even IndiaGlitz had reported earlier that the movie will be of just 90 minutes duration.

Now it is clarified that ‘Muran’ is going to be a movie of traditional duration which is a little over two hours.

Speaking more on the film, Rajan, son of popular Malayalam music composer M Raveendran says, “It is a subtle thriller which revolves around two men who have totally contrast ideas about life. What happens when the two meet at a single point is what the film is all about”.

Heaping laurels on Cheran and Prasanna, Rajan says, “Cheran breathes cinema as the man has immense knowledge in filmmaking. I know Prasanna for a longtime and it was my aim to make a film with my friend.”
